A Better Picture Day Experience
We begin by selecting a date that fits naturally into your classroom schedule and daily routine.
Before picture day, families receive clear registration and consent information so everyone knows what to expect.
On picture day, I arrive early, set up quickly, and manage the entire photography flow from start to finish. Your staff remains focused on students while I handle timing, organization, and transitions.
After the session, families receive access to a secure online gallery where they may view and order their portraits.

How Picture Day Works
Fundraising & Staff Support
Participating schools may receive ten percent of qualifying portrait sales to support classroom programs, materials, or special activities.
This fundraising option requires no additional work from staff and is automatically tracked and distributed after ordering closes.
As a thank-you for hosting picture day, complimentary staff headshots are included. Each team member receives one professional digital image for school use, captured during the scheduled session.
Student Safety & Privacy
Protecting student privacy is a top priority.
Photographs are never shared publicly unless parents provide written permission. All families are given clear consent options, including the ability to opt out of any promotional use.
Galleries are private and secure, and children are never tagged on social media. I am fully insured and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
